“Having being a westie owner for some 21 years, I spent a awful lot of time looking for the perfect groomer. I was beginning to think there was no such thing.
While grooming time filled me with dread, and my westies with great fear, and having to drag them in terrified and shaking was no fun for anyone, least of all them.
Then I found Joan.... not only does she do a fantastic job of grooming, but my girls are happy to go!!!! I never thought I would see that day. Thank goodness at last.
My westies are always very happy to see her with a wagging tail, instead of cowering, unbelievable, and wonderful for us all”
